If you are visiting the Ontario Veterinary College (OVC) Companion Animal Hospital, or Animal Cancer Centre:


There are HONK Mobile signs located in Lot P67 or in the lobby of each hospital, that allow you to park your vehicle and make a payment electronically.
 

8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Payment Options:  Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard

Rates (May '24 -Apr '25): 
$21.00 per day with $0.35 transaction fee 
or 
$3.50 per hour with $0.35 transaction fee

Step 1:  HONK

  • Download HONK mobile app from the apple store or google play or
  •  Scan the QR code on one of the HONK signs located located inside the lobby of the Companion Animal Hospital or the Cancer Centre.

Step 2:  Enter Zone ID:  5450

  • The zone ID is posted on the HONK signs located within the lot.
  • If you scan the QR code, the Zone ID will populate for you.

Step 3:  Enter parking duration

  • Select how long you would like to purchase parking for

Step 4:  Add vehicle information

  • Enter vehicle license plate, and select "Add vehicle" .

Step 5:  Add Credit Card

  • Select "New Credit Card" (if you have not already set up a credit card in app previously)
  • Then select "Credit or Debit", enter card number, card CVV, card expiry date and zip code
  • Select "Add Card"

Step 6:  Payment

  • At checkout please verify that all information is correct - plate number, start/end time, payment method.
  • If correct, select "Pay and Park"
  • The parking fee will be charged to your method of payment.  You can opt to receive text messages/alerts to be notified about your parking request (carrier rates apply).
  • If you opt to receive alerts, you can manage/extend the length of your parking session without returning to your vehicle, but will be limited to the maximum duration permitted under local area parking restrictions

If you are visiting the Ontario Veterinary College (OVC) Large Animal Hospital:


There are paybyphone signs located in Lot P25 or Lot P26 that allow you to park your vehicle and make a payment electronically.
 

8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday

Payment Options:  Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard

Rates (May '24 -Apr '25):

Step 2:  Enter Location Number

  • P26 - Location #: 408911
  • P25 - Location #: 408910

Step 3:  Add vehicle information

  • Enter vehicle license plate, and select "Add vehicle" .

Step 4:  Enter parking duration

  • Select how long you would like to purchase parking for

Step 5:  Add your payment card

  • Enter your card number, cardholder name, card CVV, card expiry date, postal code and email address
  • Select "Agree % Add"

Step 6:  Payment

  • At checkout please verify that all information is correct - plate number, start/end time, payment method.
  • If correct, select "Pay and Park"
  • The parking fee will be charged to your method of payment.  You can opt to receive text messages/alerts to be notified about your parking request (carrier rates apply).
  • If you opt to receive alerts, you can manage/extend the length of your parking session without returning to your vehicle, but will be limited to the maximum duration permitted under local area parking restrictions

If you are visiting the Ontario Veterinary College (OVC) Smith Lane Animal Hospital:

There are designated client parking spaces available  in P33 

Parking Fees are covered by the Smith Lane Animal Hospital

Please register you license plate with the receptionist upon arrival
