How do I refund or cancel my permit?

Annual and Semester Permits

Annual and Semester permits are refundable.  Permit refunds are calculated on a prorated basis.  To get a refund you must fill out the Permit Cancellation Form prior to the 1st business day of the month (partial months are non refundable).  Fall Semester permits can not be refunded for the month of December and Winter Semester permits can not be refunded for the month of April.

Annual Payroll Deduction:

To cancel your Annual Payroll deduction permit, you must fill out the Permit Cancellation Form prior to the 1st business day of the month.  Payroll deduction permits can only be cancelled effective the last business day of the month.  Monthly payments are processed on the second pay of the month. 

All other permits are non-refundable.
