How do I get my vehicle released?	Monday - Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm Contact Campus Parking Services at extension 52118 for vehicle releases or further information. Vehicles towed by the University can be retrieved at the Campus Parking Services office, Trent Building, Trent Lane. Arrangements for vehicle release must be made with Parking Services prior to attending the vehicle storage compound.
How do I get my vehicle released after hours?	After 4:30 pm & Weekends Contact Campus Safety Office at extension 52245 for vehicle releases or further assistance. Vehicles towed by the University can be retrieved at the Campus Community Police office, Trent Building, Trent Lane. Arrangements for vehicle release must be made with Campus Community Police prior to attending the vehicle storage compound.
Do Tow fees included my violation fees?	Parking Violations Towing charges do not include parking fines. Contact Parking Services for more information regarding parking violations.

Vehicles will only be released upon payment via cash, certified cheque, Visa or Mastercard.
All rates include HST and are subject to change.
