Important - Not all permits are refundable.

Qualifying permits are refunded by calendar month and cancellations must be received before the 1st of the month to receive a refund.

PLEASE NOTE IT IF YOU SUBMIT YOUR REFUND MID-MONTH, IT WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL THE END OF THE MONTH.

YOU WILL RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL ONCE WE HAVE PROCESSED YOUR REFUND! THIS COULD TAKE 2-3 WEEKS DEPENDING ON WHEN YOU SUBMITTED THE REQUEST.
