Departmental Service Parking Permit Application
Departments purchasing a Departmental Service Vehicle Parking Permit will receive a special permit to allow parking on an annual basis with any of the University of Guelph Service vehicle permit areas or zones. These permits do not allow parking in Medical or Premium Permit parking zones or Pay-as-You-Park facilities without appropriate payment.
Service Permit(s) paid by departmental funding/grant funding must be sign by the Chair/Dean then your Vice President before Parking Services can process it.
Service Permits are valid only with the accompaniment of an Annual Parking Permit. An annual permit must be purchased by staff (not using departmental funding) prior to a Service Permit being processed.
If you are purchasing a Service permit as a floater permit to be used by Visitor/Contractors it must also be accompanied with an Annual Parking Permit as well. If you require an annual permit for your visitors/contractors. Please contact Parking Services for the appropriate form. Annual Permits are not to paid via coding for Staff members.
