Permit Rates
Staff and Faculty members have access to a variety of parking options.
Staff and Faculty who attend campus on a less frequent basis may wish to purchase daily and/or hourly parking.
All rates include HST and are subject to change. When purchasing a permit, full-time staff and faculty are encouraged to use continuous monthly payroll deduction. Permits on payroll deduction will automatically be renewed each month so you will only need to contact Parking Services to cancel your permit.
It is the permit holder's responsibility to manage the start and end date of their permit.
Permits are virtual and must be registered to a license plate.

Black Zone Reserved: *Waitlist* There are a limited number of Reserved spaces on campus. The Reserved permit guarantees the permit holder a parking space in a designated parking lot. Applications for Black Zone permit parking must be completed by registering on a wait list |

Red Zone Non - Reserved: This permit allows 24 hour access to the Red colour zones across campus Spaces are available on a first come first served basis. The permit does NOT guarantee a parking space in a specific lot. If a favourite lot is full, permit holders are required to proceed to the next available lot within the authorized zone. |

This permit allows the following: Daily use of EV charging stations across campus (4 hour max). AND 24 hour access to the Red colour zones across campus. Spaces are available on a first come first served basis. The permit does NOT guarantee a parking space in a specific lot. If a favourite is full, permit holders are required to proceed to the next available lot within the authorized zones. |
